Data Description:

The loan population includes all domestic loans directly held on the BHC's portfolio. Portfolio loans are all loans as defined in the FR Y-9C, Schedule HC- C, item 1.c.(2)(b). Report the total dollar amount of new originations net of sales to Agencies. Report only originations for those loans and leases that the bank holding company has the intent and ability to hold for the foreseeable future or until maturity or payoff.
