Data Description:

Include all non-domestic loans as defined in the FR Y-9C, Schedule HC-C, items 6.b and 6.d excluding student loans and non-purpose securities based loans. Non-purpose securities based loans are loans secured by a portfolio of securities that are used for the purpose of something other than purchasing securities. Include non-domestic non-auto leases as defined in the FR Y-9C, Schedule HC-C, item 10.a. Report the total dollar of assets purchased in the given quarter. Include mortgages repurchased from GNMA, GSEs, and private securitizations that are put back into the accrual book.
