survey_date - Indicates the month and year in which the survey was distributed. 
question_no - Indicates the corresponding question number from the survey. 
question_desc - A brief description of the topic and content of the question. 
response_option	- Indicates the response option for which the corresponding row is displaying results. 
agg_type - Indicates the type of aggregation displayed in the results. "Count" indicates a total count of depository institutions, "avg rating" indicates the average response (on a given scale) among respondents who answered that question, and "quartiles" indicates that the distribution of the response is displayed. 
agg_desc_1 - Indicates an extra aggregation description. For average rating responses, we share the corresponding "n" value for all respondents. For quartile aggregation types, we describe which quartile is being summarized in that row. 
agg_desc_2 - Indicates an extra aggregation description. For average rating responses, we share the corresponding "n" value for domestic respondents. For quartile aggregation types, we share the corresponding "n" value for all respondents. 
agg_desc_3 - Indicates an extra aggregation description. For average rating responses, we share the corresponding "n" value for foreign respondents. 
all - Indicates the response data for all respondents to the question/response combination
