survey_date - Indicates the month and year in which the survey was distributed. 
question_no - Indicates the corresponding question number from the survey. 
question_desc - A brief description of the topic and content of the question. 
response_option	- Indicates the response option for which the corresponding row is displaying results. 
agg_type - Indicates the type of aggregation displayed in the results. "Count" indicates a total count of depository institutions, "avg rating" indicates the average response (on a given scale) among respondents who answered that question. 
agg_desc_1 - Indicates an extra aggregation description. For average rating responses, we share the corresponding "n" value for all respondents.
all - Indicates the response data for all respondents to the question/response combination.
