The Federal Reserve Board today announced its approval of the proposal of Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany, to acquire Bankers Trust Corporation, New York, New York ("BT Corp"), and thereby acquire all of the banking and nonbanking subsidiaries of BT Corp.
