The Federal Reserve Board today published proposed revisions to the official staff commentary that applies and interprets the requirements of Regulation Z, Truth in Lending. Comment is requested by January 10, 2000. The proposed revisions address short-term cash advances commonly called "payday loans" and include technical revisions. The Board's notice is attached.
