For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board today announced the issuance of an Order of Prohibition against Kang Soo Lee, a former officer and institution-affiliated party of the Flushing branch of the Korea Exchange Bank, Flushing, New York, a state licensed insured branch of the Korea Exchange Bank, Seoul, South Korea.

Mr. Lee, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order due to his alleged misappropriation of funds during the time he was an officer of the Flushing branch.

The order was issued jointly with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
