The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among the Wellington State Bank, Wellington, Texas, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and The Banking Commissioner of Texas. The Written Agreement includes provisions addressing Year 2000 readiness. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
