The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole, Paris, France; Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Paris, France; Crédit Agricole Indosuez, New York Branch, New York, New York; the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; and the New York State Banking Department. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. |
