The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Rurban Financial Corp., Defiance, Ohio; The State Bank and Trust Company, Defiance, Ohio; the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland; and the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
