| The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between The Marathon Bank, Winchester, Virginia and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. The Federal Reserve Board also announced the issuance of a Cease and Desist Order against Lori H. Staples, a former vice president and an institution-affiliated party of The Marathon Bank, Winchester, Virginia. Copies of the Agreement and the Order are attached. |
