| The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of
an Amendment to
the Written Agreement by and among the Consolidated Bank and Trust Company,
Richmond, Virginia, the Bureau of Financial Institutions of the Commonwealth
of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
A copy of the Amendment to the Written Agreement is attached.
