The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the issuance of a Final Decision and Orders of Prohibition against Gene Ulrich and Susan Diehl McCarthy, former Senior Vice President and Vice President, respectively, of Six Rivers National Bank, Eureka, California. The Orders, the result of an action brought by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, prohibit Mr.Ulrich and Ms. Diehl McCarthy from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any financial institution or holding company.
