The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the proposal filed by Sixth Bancshares, Inc., Salina, Kansas, to acquire Geneseo Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, The Citizens State Bank, both of Geneseo, Kansas.
