The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Associated Banc-Corp, Green Bay, to acquire State Financial Services Corporation, Milwaukee, and its subsidiary bank, State Financial Bank, National Association, Hales Corners, all of Wisconsin. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. |
