The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the proposal filed by ABC Bancorp, Moultrie, to acquire First National Banc, Inc., St. Marys, and its subsidiary banks, First National Bank, St. Marys, all of Georgia, and First National Bank, Orange Park, Florida.
