The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the issuance of a consent Cease and Desist Order against Progress Bancshares, Inc., Sullivan, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, and its subsidiary bank, Progress Bank of Missouri, Sullivan, Missouri.
