The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Premier Bank, Denver, Colorado, the State of Colorado Division of Banking, Denver, Colorado, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

The Federal Reserve Board simultaneously announced the termination of the March 24, 2003, Written Agreement between Premier Bank, Denver, Colorado, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the 2007 Written Agreement is attached.
