The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Southern Bank of Commerce, Paragould, Arkansas, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and the Arkansas State Bank Department. 

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
