Written agreement with Columbia Commercial Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Columbia Commercial Bancorp, Hillsboro, Oregon, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Finance and Securities.
