Written agreement with IT & S of Iowa

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between IT & S of Iowa, Inc., Oskaloosa, Iowa, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
