The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Colorado Mountain Bank, Denver, Colorado, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Colorado Division of Banking.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
