The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Century Bank of Florida, Tampa, Florida, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
