Federal Reserve Press Release

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Hanmi Financial Corporation, a registered bank holding company, Hanmi Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Los Angeles, California, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
