Federal Reserve Press Release

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Horizon Bank, Bradenton, Florida, a state chartered bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System, the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
