The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Flagler Bank, West Palm Beach, Florida, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Florida, Office of Financial Regulation.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
