The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Ohio State Bancshares, Inc., Marion, Ohio, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
