The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Midwest Banc Holdings, Inc., Melrose Park, Illinois, a registered bank holding company, Midwest Bank and Trust Company, Elmwood Park, Illinois, a state member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Division of Banking.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
