Federal Reserve Press Release

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Peoples, Inc., a registered bank holding company, Peoples Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Lawrence, Kansas, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
