For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Citizens Bancshares, Inc., a registered bank holding company, The Citizens Bank of Edmond, a state chartered member bank, both of Edmond, Oklahoma, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Oklahoma State Banking Department.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
