For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Bankers' Bank of the West Bancorp, a registered bank holding company, Bankers' Bank of the West, a state chartered member bank, both of Denver, Colorado, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Colorado Division of Banking.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
