The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Citizens Bancshares of Woodville, Inc., Hudson, Wisconsin, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
