The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Atlantic Southern Financial Group, Inc., Macon, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
