The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Cowboy State Bank, Ranchester, Wyoming, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Wyoming Department of Audit, Division of Banking.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
