Written agreement with Border Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Border Bancshares, Inc., Greenbush, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
