The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Beach Community Bancshares, Inc., Fort Walton Beach, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.      

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
