Written agreement with Central Pacific Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Central Pacific Financial Corporation, Honolulu, Hawaii, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Hawaii Division of Financial Institutions.
