For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Farmers State Bank, Faith, South Dakota, a state member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and the State of South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation, Division of Banking.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
