For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Miners and Merchants Bancorp, Inc., Grundy, Virginia, a registered bank holding company, TruPoint Bank, Grundy, Virginia, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
