The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Monarch Community Bancorp, Inc., Coldwater, Michigan, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. 

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
