The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application filed by Huntington Bancshares, Incorporated, Columbus, Ohio, to acquire Unizan Financial Corp. and its subsidiary bank, Unizan Bank, National Association, both of Canton, Ohio.
