Approval of proposal by The Industrial Bank of Taiwan

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the proposal by The Industrial Bank of Taiwan Co., Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, and its wholly owned subsidiary, IBT Holdings Corp., Cerritos, California, to become bank holding companies and to acquire EverTrust Bank, City of Industry, California.
