Approval of proposal by 1st Source Corporation
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by 1st Source Corporation, South Bend, to acquire FINA Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, First National Bank, Valparaiso, both of Valparaiso, all of Indiana.
