The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the application of

Green Dot Corporation, Monrovia, California, to acquire Bonneville Bancorp ("Bonneville") and thereby indirectly acquire Bonneville's wholly owned subsidiary bank, Bonneville Bank, both of Provo, Utah.

Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action together with a Dissenting Statement by Governor Elizabeth A. Duke.
