The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the appointment of Ann Misback as its Secretary, effective April 2, 2017.

The Office of the Secretary supports the Board by providing essential corporate secretary services, including the planning and execution of Board meetings. It also provides related support services, such as records management, to Board members, Board and System staffs, and the public.
