Federal Reserve Press Release

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Blue Valley Ban Corp., a registered bank holding company, Bank of Blue Valley, a state chartered member bank, both of Overland Park, Kansas, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
