During the week of November 9, the "Build Your Package" feature in the Data Download Program (DDP) will be removed in preparation for the eventual retirement of the DDP. Users can access data and expanded download options through the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis's Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED). Learn more about the DDP and FRED partnership.

The Financial Accounts of the United States includes data on transactions and levels of financial assets and liabilities, by sector and financial instrument; full balance sheets, including net worth, for households and nonprofit organizations, nonfinancial corporate businesses, and nonfinancial noncorporate businesses; Integrated Macroeconomic Accounts; and additional supplemental detail.

2026:Q2 data now available for the Financial Accounts of the United States
2026-09-11

This release incorporates revisions, structural changes, and enhancements, including the incorporation of private credit lending vehicles, private credit loans, and hedge funds. Major changes are described in the "Release Highlights" section of the publication and are also in the online Financial Accounts Guide at www.federalreserve.gov/apps/fof/. The file structure of the Z.1 release consists of a single Z.1 PDF containing the Recent Developments summary, charts, and tables, the HTML tables corresponding to the Z.1 PDF, and a single set of compressed CSV files with accompanying data dictionary text files, also corresponding to the PDF. All data are available immediately for download through the Federal Reserve Data Download Program (DDP). The next Z.1 release will be Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
