Below is a reproduction of the survey instrument in its entirety. The Federal Reserve Board is interested in learning more about how people manage their finances, shop, and make payments. We are also interested in how people interact with financial institutions, and how mobile phones and other technology facilitate these interactions. The information collected in this survey will be used for research, analysis, and policymaking. A dataset containing anonymized responses may also be released publicly on the Federal Reserve Board's website. We appreciate your participation in this survey.

To begin, we are going to ask a few questions about the types of financial products and services that you use.
