The revisions to industrial production are for the annual average rate of chagne for the year of the new Annual Survey of Manufacturers or Census of Manufactures, while the revisions to capacity utilization are for the forth quarter of the year for wich a new Survey of Plant Capacity, Annual Survery of Manufactures, or Census of Manufactures is incorporated, 1997-2009. The revisions had 15 observations for individual production and 26 observations for capacity utilization.
