This feed provides information about the From-Whom-to-Whom (FWTW) data from the Federal Reserve Board.

Corporate equities are now included in the FWTW data following the addition of corporate equity levels for financial sectors in the 2023Q4 release of the Financial Accounts of the United States.
December 15, 2023
The structure of the FWTW data has been updated to remain consistent with the 2023Q3 release of the Financial Accounts of the United States. Nonfinancial corporate businesses and nonfinancial noncorporate businesses are now separately identified in the FWTW data. Additionally, equity real estate investment trusts, previously classified within the financial sector, have been reclassified as nonfinancial corporate businesses, consistent with the Financial Accounts. The structure of the FWTW data has been updated to remain consistent with the 2023Q2 release of the Financial Accounts of the United States. Direct investment has been split into debt and equity components, and equity items formerly included in Identified miscellaneous claims part 1 have been moved to a new instrument called miscellaneous other equity.
